Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and
the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Notes to the rental rates
A Deposit of £200.00/€300 per week of stay is required at the time of
booking with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. If you
wish to book more than 2 weeks , a discount will be given. The prices quoted
are for the use of the villa, contents and grounds and includes one full water
cistern. Any additional water consume will have to be paid by the lessee (a
full water cistern costs 120€ and is enough for 10/14 days). This is due to the
fact that the island's water supply is brought from the mainland by ship. Maid
service and linen change 2 time a week (more maid service on request).
